Half-Day Seminars
Join our half-day seminars, where we delve into the intricacies of Micropiles, Helical Piles and Olivier Displacement Piles. These seminars are for Geotechnical and Structural Engineers and construction professionals who want to know more about these pivotal solutions and when to use them.

Micropiles are small-diameter, drilled and grouted reinforced piles. Micropiles are non-displacement piles, usually 300 mm or less in diameter. The piles have a steel reinforcement achieved with a high-tensile threadbar. Micropiles are designed as friction piles and are capable of large axial loads.
A Helical Pile is an end-bearing deep foundation system with compression and tension applications. Applying torque to the shaft installs the helical pile with no vibration, no spoils and minimal disturbance.

We will also unravel the advantages and applications of Olivier Displacement Piles, a remarkable solution that effectively develops capacities between 1000 to 3000 kN per pile within soils with "n" values of 10-30 blows without spoils or vibration.
