About the event

Join our half-day seminar, where we delve into the intricacies of Helical Piles and Micropiles. This seminar is for  Geotechnical and Structural Engineers and construction professionals who want to know more about these two pivotal solutions and when to use them.

A helical pile is an end-bearing deep foundation system with compression and tension applications. Applying torque to the shaft installs the helical pile with no vibration, no spoils and minimal disturbance.

Micropiles are small-diameter, drilled and grouted reinforced piles. Micropiles are non-displacement piles, usually 300 mm or less in diameter. The piles have a steel reinforcement achieved with a high-tensile threadbar. Micropiles are designed as friction piles and are capable of large axial loads.

Join us to gain valuable insights, practical knowledge, and the latest advancements that are shaping the future of foundation engineering and earn 4 hours towards your continuing professional development (CPD).
