A new Windsor Casino Hotel Resort was to be built in close proximity to the Detroit River. The main raft slab for the structure was to be constructed approximately 10 metres below the water table. To resist the buoyancy forces, it was necessary to tie down the slab. Chance Helical Anchors were chosen for the project due to their high capacity in tension, no vibrations or spoils during installation and tight access installation equipment.
