Oakville Southwest Waste Water Treatment Plant required a major expansion of two additional waste treatment facilities. Buoyancy control in the form of rock anchors was required to tie down the deep tanks due to the high water table. EBS mobilized compact equipment to be lowered into the excavations to install the rock anchors.
