The Kitchener OHL auditorium planned an expansion of their seating and corporate box facilities. The soil at the proposed footing elevation did not have the required bearing capacity. EBS provided design, drawings and installation for Chance Helical Piers to support the new interior columns. Access was limited to 3 metres of headroom and conventional deep foundation equipment could not be utilized.

Tension Load: 290kN (65 kips)
Depth: 4 to 27 metres
