A parking structure ramp needed to be constructed between two existing buildings. Support of the existing structure was necessary while the soil beneath the foundations was removed and the foundations extended deeper.
EBS Geostructural installed Chance® Helical Piles to provide support once soil beneath the foundation was removed.
Loads: 180 kN (40 kips) per helical pile
Length: 8.0 to 11.0 m (26 to 35 ft)
