Structures that have experienced differential settlement can be supported and re-leveled using Chance Helical Piles and Micropiles. Both systems can be installed from the interior or exterior of the structure with tight access, low headroom installation equipment producing limited vibration or spoils. Dewatering is not required for the installation of helical piles or micropiles. The piles can be attached to the existing foundation or columns with an engineered bracket system. The bracket can be used to support as well as lift or re-level the structure. Single to multi-storey (10+) structures have been supported with these deep foundation systems.
