Dino Vito M.A.Sc., P. Eng


Receiving his Professional Engineer’s License in 1997, Dino Vito anchors the EBS team with 22 years of experience in deep foundations. A graduate of the University of Waterloo where he completed both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Applied Science with a specialty in Geotechnical Engineering, Dino has long been the driving force behind EBS’s growth and expansion. Not one to rest for long, Dino enjoys spending time with family, and physical fitness when not planning our company’s next move.

Jason Bindseil B.A., E.T.

Vice President and General Manager

Jason Bindseil joined EBS in 1999 after completing a BA in Environmental Policy at Brock University and a graduate diploma in Environmental Engineering and Technology at Conestoga College. Appointed VP & GM in 2011, Jason’s 19 years of experience in heavy civil construction has seen him develop new markets and techniques within the deep foundation industry. A firm proponent of relationship building, Jason is focused on applying his industry knowledge to help forge strong client relationships that last. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family and unleashing his skills on the soccer pitch.

Joe Heinisch P. Eng

Manager QA/QC

A graduate of Western’s Civil/Environmental Engineering program and Fanshawe College’s Business Marketing Program, Joe Heinisch received his Professional Engineer’s License in 2003. Starting his career with 6 years in soil and groundwater remediation for EBS's affiliate, C3 Environmental Ltd., Joe transferred to our company in 2005 as a Project Manager, and later became QA/QC Manager. Joe’s extensive knowledge and experience gives him significant insight into the feasibility of helical foundations for numerous applications. When he's not at work, Joe enjoys spending time with family, camping and coaching and playing hockey.

Brian Huber C.E.T.

Project Manager

Holding a Civil Engineering Technology diploma from Conestoga College Brian joined the Project Management team at EBS in 2013. He brought experience in construction inspection, contract administration and engineering surveying. Brian is committed to effective onsite operations and safety.  In his spare time, Brian enjoys woodworking, fishing, hunting and outdoor activities.

Tayler Cook E.I.T.

Project Manager

A graduate of University of Waterloo’s Environmental Engineering program, Tayler’s unique background is a tremendous asset to the EBS project management team. He brings with him experience in environmental remediation and of overseeing helical pile and micropile installation and load testing. Tayler always brings a positive energy to the workforce and is one to point out unique solutions to challenges. Whenever he has the opportunity, he devotes his spare time to hunting and fishing.

Dave Collins Dip. Technology

Operations Manager

With over 24 years experience in the construction industry, Dave Collins joined the EBS team in 2010. A graduate of Conestoga College’s Mechanical Engineering and Technology program, Dave is also a professionally qualified machinist and machine tool integrator. Building on his extensive experience in the field, Dave manages our maintenance, field support, logistics and inventory. Outside of working hours, Dave enjoys camping, golfing and spending time with family and friends.

Ryan Van Kooten B.A. Tech

Project Coordinator

A graduate of the Architecture – Project and Facility Management program at Conestoga College. Ryan received his Bachelors of Applied Technology in 2013 after attending a school exchange at Hanzehogeschool in the Netherlands. Ryan’s previous experience includes working for a general contractor on an Alberta Oil Sands project. When Ryan is not at work he enjoys sports and the outdoors, as well as being with friends and family.

Adam Turner  

Maintenance Manager

A graduate of Centennial College’s Tool and Die program, Adam Turner joined the EBS team as our Shop Assistant with over 13 years of experience. Adam is detail oriented and has a knack for maintaining and fixing all types of equipment and troubleshooting mechanical issues. When he’s not maintaining the EBS shop and fleet, he enjoys spending time with his children, playing paintball and hockey.

Leah Geddes

Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) Coordinator

Leah is a graduate of the Business Administration Executive program at Fanshawe College. She received her Construction Health and Safety Officer Designation and is currently working towards a National Health and Safety Officer designation. Leah brings to EBS vast experience in the construction industry, with previous roles including structural coordinator on the Bow Tower (the tallest building west of Toronto) in Calgary, as well experience in the oil sands in Fort MacMurray. In her spare time, Leah enjoys spending time with her two best friends, (Paul and puppy Tigs) as well as several outdoor activities, such as fishing, quading, boating and gardening.

Tamara Kuckovic B.A.

Business Development Manager

Completing university studies in British Columbia with a major in communications, as well as a public relations diploma graduate from Conestoga College, Tamara is a natural when it comes to keeping up with industry trends unique to the marketing and communications sector. A true people person, she is always around for a good laugh and makes a consistent effort to have a positive impact on those around her. As an avid cyclist, she spends most of her spare time outdoors discovering new roads and enjoying the sights of nature.

Stephanie Aires B.A.

Marketing Manager

A graduate from the Public Relations Diploma program at Conestoga College, Stephanie has a diverse skillset encompassing social media techniques, media relations and writing for public relations. When not working Stephanie enjoys spending time with her two cats, Data and Geordi, travelling and reading.

Tracy Conaghan

Accounts Receivable Specialist

A believer in continuing education and growth, Tracy holds a Computer Software Support Diploma, a Credit Management Designation from the Credit Institute of Canada, and is currently enrolled in the Leadership Development Series at Conestoga College. Tracy has over 20 years of experience in accounting and credit/collection management in a B2B environment. Through this experience, Tracy has fostered a wide skillset allowing her to become a firm negotiator while maintaining positive business relationships. In her spare time, Tracy is a scout leader and enjoys travelling and camping with her husband, children and their two dogs.

Heather Gow

Administrative Assistant

A graduate of the Social Service Worker Program at Mohawk College, Heather is new to the construction industry but brings to EBS strong administration skills from previous experience in veterinary medicine administration. Heather constantly seeks to challenge herself by learning new skills and industries, recently expanding her knowledge in small engine repair, focusing primarily on marine repair. In her spare time, she enjoys competitive mud drag racing, horseback riding, and anything outdoors.
