Pottery Road

Toronto, Ontario

The slope adjacent to Pottery Road needed a shoring system to protect residential structures during and after road reconstruction. In order to preserve the natural slope, a slope stabilization system consisting of helical soil nails and a reinforced shotcrete face was installed. This approach shored the slope, minimized environmental impact and was completed in four weeks.

Load: 33kN (7.5 kips)
Length: 2 to 6 metres
